Temples in America

Most of what I've seen in America is covered in the various "state" listings: California, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah and Colorado, Texas, and Baja California.

The main thing I want to add here is Hsi Lai Temple, a place that claims to be the largest Buddhist temple in North America, and where I worked for a brief time. I wrote it up in a paper when I was a student at the detached university (sponsored by the same group, but at a different location); parts of that paper will be revised and posted here.

A few other out-of-the-way sites may also be added. Please check back!
