Wutai Shan's Luohou Temple (Luohouluo means "Rahula," the son of Shakyamuni Buddha) is famous for this mechanical lotus that opens and closes as it turns, revealing four images of Amitabha Buddha. Unfortunately, it was not moving when I was there, but at least it was stopped with a Buddha showing.
